WAYS WE HELP

 we offer a Storytelling Course, led by credible messengers. Through this course, participants become empowered to share their stories and use their stories to advocate for issues that impact them and their communities, including optionally narrating their stories on film and sharing them publicly to bring more awareness to issues that disproportionately affect people of color in underserved areas.

 CHA participates in policy development, and high-level advocacy to address community needs and priorities. This approach aims to create a positive impact by aligning our efforts with the most pressing issues and leveraging the power of their individual and collective stories. Each graduating class of storytellers will begin to engage in local advocacy efforts and engage in targeted outreach.
